These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kings Court Hotel website and the services we provide. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Hotel" refers to Kings Court Hotel Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
• "Guest" refers to any person making a booking or staying at the Hotel.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for accommodation or services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from the Hotel by email or post. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking.

The Hotel reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Rates & Payment

• Room rates are quoted per room per night and include VAT at the applicable rate.
• Rates do not include extras such as meals, drinks, or activities unless specifically stated.
• For all bookings, we take a card pre-authorisation on arrival for incidentals and restaurant/bar extras. If guests do not wish to provide a card for pre-authorisation, we require full payment upon arrival rather than departure. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• The Hotel reserves the right to change rates at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
• Guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in.

5. Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings

Bookings to be made through our website: www.kingscourthotel.co.uk using promo codes above or telephone reception on 01789 763111. Valid credit card required to make reservation. 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. Rates inclusive of VAT and non-commissionable.

Special Events & Peak Periods

Bookings during peak periods (Christmas, New Year, bank holidays, and events) may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Wedding & Event Bookings

Wedding and event bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions as outlined in the event contract.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The Hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without refund if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

7. Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms at a supplement of £10 per pet, per night. Dogs must be kept on a lead in public areas and are not permitted in the restaurant or spa. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

8. Liability

• The Hotel accepts responsibility for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence.
• We accept liability for damage to Guest property caused by our negligence, up to a maximum of £500.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• The Hotel provides a safe in each room and accepts no liability for valuables left in rooms.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. The Hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

9. Smoking Policy

Kings Court Hotel is entirely non-smoking indoors, including the use of e-cigarettes. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. A cleaning charge of £250 will be applied for smoking in guest rooms.

10. Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Kings Court Hotel Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
