How Can We Help?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact our reception team in advance.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes! We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests with 120 spaces, including disabled bays and 4 EV charging points. The car park is CCTV monitored 24/7. Coach parking is available by prior arrangement.
Are pets allowed at Kings Court Hotel?
We welcome well-behaved dogs in our designated pet-friendly Classic Rooms at a supplement of £25 per night. Please inform us at the time of booking. We can provide dog beds, bowls, and our grounds are perfect for walks. Regrettably, pets are not permitted in the dining areas.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms, public areas, and conference facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?

Valid credit card required to make reservation. 100% cancellation charges will apply if cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. Rates inclusive of VAT and non-commissionable.
Do you require a deposit?
A credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. Standard reservations are charged at checkout. For suites and special packages, a 50% deposit may be requested at the time of booking.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting our reservations team directly. Changes are subject to availability. We recommend making changes at least 72 hours before arrival.
Is the hotel accessible for disabled guests?
We are not fully accessible throughout the property, but we do have a ramp near reception. We offer one fully wet-room accessible room with a roll-in shower, and another accessible room featuring a shower cabin. Please contact us before arrival to discuss your requirements.
Can we hold our wedding ceremony at Kings Court?
Absolutely! Kings Court is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships. We offer ceremonies in our Grand Hall, the Rose Garden (outdoor), and the Tudor Library. Our dedicated wedding coordinator will help plan every detail.
How many guests can you accommodate for weddings?
We can host intimate weddings from 20 guests up to grand celebrations for 200 guests. Our Grand Hall accommodates up to 80 for a seated dinner, or the marquee on the South Lawn can host up to 200.
Do I need to book the restaurant in advance?
We strongly recommend booking The Garden Restaurant in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Hotel guests receive priority seating. The Twisted Boot Bar serves food on a walk-in basis.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Our kitchen happily accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of booking or on arrival so our chefs can prepare something special for you.
